What is Delta-8 THC?
Delta-8 THC is a naturally occurring cannabinoid that can be derived from hemp. It is considered an isomer of CBD, meaning it shares the same chemical formula but has a slightly different molecular structure.
Delta-8 is present only in trace amounts in hemp plants, so it is typically produced through refinement and conversion processes. All of our Delta-8 products are hemp-derived and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC, in compliance with federal regulations.
What is Delta- 10 THC
Delta-10 THC is a naturally occurring cannabinoid that can be derived from hemp. It is considered an isomer of CBD, meaning it shares the same chemical formula but is arranged differently at the molecular level.
Delta-10 is present only in very small amounts in hemp plants, so it is typically produced through advanced extraction and refinement processes. All of our Delta-10 products are hemp-derived and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC, in full compliance with federal regulations.
What is THCP?
THCP, or tetrahydrocannabiphorol, is a naturally occurring cannabinoid found in hemp. Like other cannabinoids, it interacts with the body’s endocannabinoid system, but it has a slightly different molecular structure.
Whereas THC contains five carbons on its alkyl side chain, THCP contains seven. This structural difference makes it a unique cannabinoid that researchers are continuing to study for its potential properties and effects.
All THCP products we offer are hemp-derived and compliant with federal regulations.
Do you sell CBD products?
Yes! We carry a variety of CBD products. We cater to those who seek a variety of CBD options, with choices ranging from CBD flower to CBD tinctures and topical items.
Age Verification & Recreational
In order to make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued ID. Please note that some products may require customers to be 21 or older, depending on state regulations.
All of our products are available for purchase without a medical card, as they are hemp-derived and compliant with federal guidelines.
What type of Payment do we accept?
We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Google, Apple Pay, and Cashapp.
Return & Refund Policy
No refunds, exchanges, or returns are approved without prior authorization by The Cannabis Factory.
Any open product cannot be returned. Only damaged products are eligible for refunds.
If the carrier service has lost your package, or your package was tampered with before you received it, please contact the carrier service directly.
There are absolutely no exchanges for any reason.

Do loyalty Points Expire?
No! As long as you are a member your loyalty points stay on your account until you redeem them!
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Our standard processing time is 5–7 business days, not including weekends or holidays, and may vary depending on order volume. If you have any concerns, please contact us.
When will I receive my order after it ships?
Most of our orders ship via UPS. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once shipped, in addition to our standard processing time.
What if I receive a damaged item or the wrong item?

. Be sure to include photos of the item(s) so we can verify and resolve the issue promptly.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it is placed?
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently only ship within the United States, and only to states where hemp-derived products are legally permitted.
